Section 1 Introduction & Definitions

Section 3 Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration Process
When creating an account on aq990, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false information will be considered a breach of contract and may result in account termination.
3.2 Account Security
Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If unauthorised access occurs, notify the support team immediately.
3.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If detected, all accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.
Section 4 Financial Transactions & Payment Policy
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on aq990 is ৳100. Accepted payment methods on our platform are:

Section 5 Bonus & Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
aq990 offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳42,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the sum of the deposit and bonus.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- One account is eligible for one welcome bonus only.
- Bonus funds can only be used to play games on the platform.
- aq990 reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, aq990 may investigate and cancel the bonus.
- Bonuses have an expiry date; if the conditions are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.

- Using automated bots or scripts is prohibited; if detected, the account will be closed immediately.
6.1 Sports Betting
Odds displayed in the sports betting section are subject to change. After the final result of an event, aq990's decision is the basis for settling bets. In the event of any dispute, the decision of aq990's management committee is final.
Section 7 VIP & Loyalty Program
aq990's VIP program has three tiers:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
You can advance to a higher tier through regular play. aq990 reserves the right to change VIP benefits at any time. VIP tier status is maintained only for active accounts.
Section 8 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aq990 platform:
- Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Using another person's identity or payment method.
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Fraud or misconduct towards other users.
- Abusing the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage.
- Hacking, phishing, or any form of cyber attack.
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately, the balance may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken.
